Getting to the Clinic

From I-5 North Travel South on I-5, take the Lake Oswego Exit-299A.
Merge onto SW Hood Ave/OR-43 S. After 1/10th mile Turn right at SW Gaines St.
Go 1/10th mile more and turn left on Corbett.
I am approixmately 1/2 mile down Corbett on the left hand side in BlackBird Chiropractic and Natural Health clinic.		  
From the South Travel North on I-5.
Take Exit 298 / Corbett Ave.
Turn left from the exit onto SW Corbett travel .2 miles crossing Hamilton and you’re here.
From the West

Travel East on Hwy. 26, stay in the Right lane
Take the I-405 South exit.
Immediately take the 6th Ave Exit, Exit 1 C.
Follow the signs, Hwy. 26, Ross Island Bridge, Lake Oswego.
Stay in the Right Lane. After 1/10th mile Turn right at SW Gaines St. Go 1/10th mile more and turn left on Corbett. I am approixmately 1/2 mile down Corbett on the left hand side in BlackBird Chiropractic and Natural Health clinic.
From the East Travel on I-84 to I-5 Interchange Southbound.
Travel I-5 South (Salem) to Lake Oswego Exit-299A
After 1/10th mile Turn right at SW Gaines St. Go 1/10th mile more and turn left on Corbett. I am approixmately 1/2 mile down Corbett on the left hand side in BlackBird Chiropractic and Natural Health clinic.

Travel West on SE Powell Blvd / Hwy 26. Cross the Ross Island Bridge/US-26
Keep left at the fork at the end of the bridge to continue toward SW Naito Pkwy and merge onto SW Naito Pkwy Turn left at SW Hamilton St.
Turn left at SW Corbett Ave.
From the Southwest Travel East on the Beaverton-Hillsdale Hwy.
Travel through Hillsdale, Capital Hwy. to Barber Blvd.
Stay in the Right lane, turn Right onto S.W. Hamilton.
Travel one block, turn left onto S.W. Corbett go 1/2 block and I am on the left side in BlackBird Natural Health.

From Milwaukie

 Travel North on McLoughlin Blvd. to the Tacoma St. Interchange
Take the S.E. Tacoma West bound Exit.
Travel West on S.E. Tacoma St.
Continue traveling west on Tacoma St. across the Sellwood Bridge.
Slight right at SW Macadam Ave.
Turn left at SW Richardson Ct.
Turn right at SW Corbett Ave.
Go 1/2 block and I am on the left.

A Word About Parking:  Our parking lot is fairly small but there are reserved spaces which read Blackbird/Synergy. Parking is accessed from Hamilton. There is also good street parking in front of the clinic.
